Tooltip problem? "FPxx"

Create a task force that as one cruiser that carrier 4 floatplanes. The tooltip will show "FP4" for that taskforce.

Now add a second ship, say another cruiser that also carries 4 floatplanes. The tooltip should show FP8, but instead it says nothing.

The problem is that this is inconsistent: the floatplanes should either always show or not. Consider a CV: when a CV task force is formed, it shows the number of aircrafts however many ships are there, so that is consistent. With floatplanes, it is inconsistent.

I'd advise to either always show FPxx when there are floatplanes in the task force, or not show them at all in the tooltip.
