Plane Art appearing in the middle of the orders screen?

Plane Art appearing in the middle of the orders screen?

This is the third time this has happened to me?

I am running with the hotfix installed. Dual core laptop (IBM T60).

Last couple of times were around Borneo, this one is more annoying as it is right over the action area.

Any ideas?

Had the same thing happen to me in my last turn playing Japan against the AI.

I think it even is the same pic.
