sub minelayer auto reload problem

sub minelayer auto reload problem

GC turn1 SF has 5 ss I've added to a sub minelayer TF to mine Christmas Island. MK10 mines load as each ss added to TF. Fine. But when I do a TF list this minelayer TF automatically does a mine reload and runs out of mines before all ss reloaded.
