The Shortest SPWAW Scenario

Post by Redleg »

The shortest scenario I have seen is 3 turns. And it works! Very well. So well, that it will be included in the next dirty dozen.

Until that, the shortest scenario I ever saw was 5 turns.

What is the shortest and longest scenario you have seen or created?

I always played at least 5 turns on this one, but I had one report of 3 turns.

Play as the Americans!

I managed 9 turns and actually got a Marginal Victory:
2575 vs 565

I took out 10 Flammpanzers and 4 SdKfz250

Pretty intense scenario!

Midnight Massacre

Post by Easy8 »

Now I know how a speedbump feels.:D

My force morale broke on turn 5, retreated my last 2 squads (1 with 4 men, other with 5) off the board on turn 6.

Was surprised that I got a marginal victory.

Got a DV with 2952 - 308, those Sdkfz 250/8's were quite nasty.

Midnight Madness is a fast-moving and quite enjoyable small scenario. Highly recommended. Don't want to say much about the details - let the player beware!

Midnight Massacre.... of course.

Here is a quick-player that is a bit different. Remade for V7.

Here is the shortest scenario I have ever seen.
Take command of Skorzeny's commandos and rescue Il Duce from Gran Sasso. This scenario was made by Francois Dargaud. Very quick play and every time I try it, I get different results. Enjoy!

Played midnight massacre last night as american's,got a marginal victory in five turn's.The halftrack's were nasty but so were my rifle grenades, very satisfying to hear them brew up.I'd like to see more of these small scen. the larger scen. tend to have 1.000's of unit's and are sometimes to ponderous.....To you a hero is somekind of weird sandwich...Oddball
