Transports be damned, the Japanese AI will stop at nothing to expand its empire

(for those who cant see it, that little brown dot is a Japanese ground unit of some sort, in the middle of the ocean.)

It is a little graphics bug. I have seen it but it usually goes away.

Similar to the "Giant Zero" glitch, it's annoying, but harmless. So no, don't be worried.
