AI aircraft replacements

Is it possible to allow players to switch off AI aircraft replacements in next patch? (or maybe I can do it somehow now in editor?)In my game till 24 Dec japs receive about 1000 new aircraft for free. Taking this into account any attrition strategy vs. AI is useless. I only got answer that such an approach is intentional (on Tech).

Short answer is no on Historical these bonuses are minimised but you cannot turn them off.
 
If you were able to do so you wouldnt like the results

Just remember the ai does not go backwards with aircraft so having lots of obsolete aircraft in the pool is of no use to it - the Ai ignores PDU as well so you need to look at the current pool v aircraft in use
