I transferred some to Russia and Alma Ata bit they are now all being reported as not ready? Not have a problem any other Soviet base.

If you used rail transfer (-r) that would be the normal case. Otherwise it might be a problem.

Yes, but I sent them there a while ago (10 or more turns), they don't appear to be repairing. All planes base there are under the air support level for the bases.

Off-map bases were not being check for a/c support or training.

Fixed in patch 01.
