Something screwy with the mouse

I'm viewing ground units and selected PH from the list of LCU location and PH comes up OK but when you point to any of the unit located at PH you get odd hover information, Clicking on the unit does bring the unit up and from that point on the correct hover info is now displayed.
In the example below I'm pionting to the first air unit and getting 'pick the 131st' . For the first TF I get 'pick 4th RAAF' and for the LCU I get 'pick RCAF Fort St John'. None of these are correct.

This is due to the mouse-over message numbers matching those from the existing LCU list.

This has happened in a few of the large lists, and does not impact play, just the displayed message.
To fix it permanently requires us to renumber a number of menu lists which is inherently dangerous at this time in that it might break the game.

It is something down on the list for patch02 when there is a bit more testing time.
