scenario dump events list error

I have found what looks like an error in how the scenario dump displays event numbers to be activated by theater options. Taking the Anonymous Heroics scenario from the Tutorials section as an example, a text dump of the scenario lists three of the theater options as follows:

Event: 34, Activate 6th ID (5 VPs)
Trigger turn: 1 (June 1st, 1943).
Effect: Theater Option 1 (45).

Event: 35, Activate 6th ID (5 VPs)
Trigger turn: 1 (June 1st, 1943).
Effect: Theater Option 2 (41).

Event: 36, Activate 7th ID (5 VPs)
Trigger turn: 1 (June 1st, 1943).
Effect: Theater Option 1 (46).

But when I open the scenario in the editor and display these same events, the activated events show up as 46, 42 and 47 respectively, not 45, 41 and 46 as in the dump. The scenario dump appears to always show the activated event number as one less than what it really is. Is this a known problem to be fixed in 3.4? Thanks.

It's still doing it under 3.4, so it hasn't been fixed.
