Solved: Error in transferring

When transferring ships between two task forces sited in a hex with an enemy base (empty btw)hitting a ship on the down half of the screen disintegrates it, its lost forever, even if you hit "CANCEL".

I have observed this behaviour two times, the second one -to add insult to injury- an enemy colored anchor suddenly appeared in the base, so I think it "transferred" to the port.
