This Naval HQ unit shows double the naval support when looking at the base screen. TOE 120; active 107; adds 214 to base screen of naval support.

NOTE: I cannot find any other unit that adds more than it is supposed to with naval support to base screen.

Yes, a bug induced by the Beta Patch. We previously failed to count Naval Support for Command HQs NOT in the base hex. In enabling that, we (OK, I) also enabled counting of Command HQs even if in same hex. This is double counting as they are also picked up by the "at the base" check.
