I have a fully loaded AS disbanded in a level 3 port but am unable to resuply sub torpedo's from it

Hi.

I have a fully loaded AS disbanded in a level 3 port but am unable to resupply sub torpedo's from it ??

Am now playing under V1083, but this also happened under the previous patch

AS located at Cocos island...

It has to do with the floatation damage to the tender. There is a check that prevents a tender (of any type) from rearming tended ships if damage exceeds certain levels. It is currently set for zero floatation damage. That may be a bit too tight. I'll loosen it.
