Overall Ive played Forge on and off for the past almost 3 years (only against the AI)and I have about 12-14 years of war gaming experience. Mainly various WW2 and Chinese civil war turned based strategy. If I am to command the Union army then I would expect a postponed but swift decisive victory. If in command of the south.....Well its complicated.Whenever I play the south the Union is destroyed no matter the difficulty level. But against an actual human player I would expect it to be almost impossible to take over the union with the south.
[X(] But never the less I must resign my commission....Every darkened hill you take I will reign heavy reigns down upon you. Before every hedgerow you cross your scalps will be left behind you......It would be unlikely to expect to win with the south but I do think I will inflict greater overall losses against the Union player if not destroy him. I am available to play forge all day except for the 7 hours a day I spend at work during the later afternoon.
