V1083c Can't create TF at 0 level port

I went and disbanded my Makin invasion taskforce at Makin after my scount planes spotted Lexington and company coming SW on Turn 3. However, when i attempt to put the ships remaining at Makin into a Escort TF, all i get is messages about the docks not being big enough to hold the ships

Actually, this only seems to occur if i attempt to form the TF from the Base Status screen, rather than the screen showing the ships anchored at Makin.

IIRC, you can't form a TF from any port that is too small to disband in, not just level 0. Since you can't disband, there has to be at least one TF in the hex anyway for you to want to form a new TF so just select that TF and click on form new TF
