aps and airborne

I have been playing the demo trying to decide on whether to buy the game or not, there are 15 moves in the demo, how are ap's gathered, none are shown in any of the 15 moves of the demo, and how do you buy airborne? Thank you for any help.

APS (amphibious assault units) and airborne units are available in the purchase menu/window.
