v1083c Combat Engineers not building

Hey,

I was asked by Joe to post a save for the problem mentioned in this thread in the main forums:

Combat Engineers not building

So here it is.
The trouble is Combat Engineers are countied as engineers on th base info screen but are unable to build up the base.
Don't know if this was already in the pre-beta-patch version.

Found the problem, cbt eng are not being considered even though they should.
