Another 1.00.84 CTD (but it went away)

Hi

Am playing as Allies in the Quiest China GC. The program crashed twice whilst running the (first) turn. As i was away from thr PC i decided to run it a third time to try and spot where it crashed - but no crsh on third attempt - very odd.
