To Keep Up With Progressive Changes

Post by KG Erwin »

I urge you guys to d/l the latest pre-release version. There have been a number of complaints about 1.83, but Shaun has addressed most of the pre-existing problems.

The last thing I want is to have Shaun chasing after his own tail, so to speak, as this delays 1.84 from becoming an official release. Like it or not, we ARE testing a work in progress, so try not to confuse the issue. Get your game up to date, guys, OK? Remember, this does NOT invalidate existing associations. They are automatically upgraded to match the latest game version.

That's right, KG! That's why I upgraded to v1.84 RC2, and in just 6 weeks, I lost 94 pounds!*

*Results not typical.

In the various versions of PS that have been released in the last few months was there a time when the create assoc. screen didn't offer you the option to uncheck the box for keeping salaries on par with historical levels?

I ask because I think this is how my current association's salary scale got mixed up--I have salaries that are era-appropriate and salaries in today's dollars, in the same assoc.

Eventually this will shake out as seasons pass, but it has made my salary cap moot.
