Patch and Guadalcanal Scenario

Patch does not seem to affect the data in Guadalcanal scenario . Shokaku and Zuikaku still have deck armor of " 0 " . F4F-4 replacement rate is still 20 . This is what i see when starting a fresh game and not a saved game . Coral Sea scenario reflects the new values . Does anybody else notice this ? Would a fresh instal and then applying patch perhaps solve the prob ?
