Graphical Glitches

I'm starting to run into some of the graphical glitches reported by other users:

I'm playing the Barbarossa campaign (Germans).

1.The glitches occurred during a turn that was raining
2.One of my infantry unit disappeared, strength icon still showing, but soldier graphic is gone
3.My Stug unit, when I selected it and moved it, it flipped upside down and moved to the hex inverted!
4.Definitely graphical glitches as the game works fine, just looks really odd
