Matrix and WIR III?

WIR III and its future has been under frequent discussion in the WIR forum. I would like to ask Matrix if they can at least say whether there has been any discussion at all with 2BY3 about WIR III. Can you say that Matrix definitely doesn't have any interest in WIR III? Or is this something that won't even be considered until WitP is out the door?

All we can say - is that which we know and that is that we have the previously announced deal to do UV, WITP:SAJ and a third game that is planned to take the UV system into the Med.

What happens after that is anyone's guess, but won;t be considered at least under WIPT:SAJ is nearly done and the work on the Med game is about to commence.

Any more than that is pure speculation, on my or anyone else's part.

I love speculation..........I go to bed at night dreaming of new types of wargames that I would love to play, and dreaming about the ones about to come out! Here is a spectulation/dream, WW2 ....covering the WHOLE war, using the WitP engine !
