Is this scenario 1? If so those conditions sound good to me , if you're still looking for an opponent PM me. After the first turn I can probably average 1 turn a day.
-I won't fly my 4 engine bombers under 12,000 feet against naval targets .
-and would ask for no invasions via submarines .
-Restricted command units must pay PP's to change to an unrestricted command cross national boundaries.

All my experience is against the AI but will do my best to hang on. [;)] Sound okay?
