If France and GB are at war, Russia DoWs Sweden, France gets control, and GB blockades the Swedish fleet, what is supposed to happen when Russia takes Stockholm (assuming the Swedes fail to break the blockade)?

I ask because, in the past, I believe it was handled as a normal blockade, and the fleet was scuttled. In the most recent game, the Swedish fleet kept trying to break the blockade repeatedly in the same month, until all the Swedish ships were gone. (With PP awarded and deducted for each attempt, at least according to the log.)

That's what I thought. Definitely a bug then. Unfortunately I don't have a save because France and GB were AI, so I didn't notice what had happened right away. I'll see if I can recreate it.
