many games are of interest , but can't order

There are many games on the matrix site that I'd like to download..but when I give my credit card # or order via Paypal I'm not able to connect..I've downloaded many other games from other sites, such as gamersgate, direct2drive, steam with no problems..it's only on the matrixgames site that I can't..I'd like to get this problem solved as there are many games that I'm looking foreward to purchasing..

FYI

Pay Pal has recently had a security breach, and some former users had their ID's deleted so that they weren't compromised.

I was one, and I had to go to Pay Pal to reinstate my identification.

Not sure if this guy is one of the compromised users.

I just recently ordered a new game from Matrix using a credit card, and I would have SWORN I saw an option to place an order via telephone.  I mean of course Matrix should fix the problem... but if your jonesing for the title you can order by phone.  I have ordered about 10 or so Matrix titles all via credit card and never with a hitch, so I am sure it is just some idiosyncratic thing messing you up!
