Paratroop gotcha

I've done this twice now, so I thought I'd post this to keep others from making the same mistake.

Unlike amphibious transport, air transport can take units in either combat or rest mode. So, if you're not careful, you can drop your paratroopers in rest mode. They will still shock attack, mind you, but will suffer negative consequences of the op mode.

good to know but i use paras mostly as normal infantry or to conquer little islands with no enemy forces on it.
They seem to be a bit weak for invasions to me.
