Command Line Switches

Post by CEDeaton »

I've looked through the manual and all the readme-type files I could find on the disk and see no mention of the available command line switches in ED/BTR, although I've seen other posts where people have referred to a few. Would it be possible to post a list of them here?
Semper Fi,

It's always pilot error. Sometimes the idiot just doesn't know how to fly a broken aircraft.

The only one is -w, which forces windowed mode. This will be redundant in the first patch, as I have made it a button on the options page.

Which file exactly do you add this too?

Make a copy of the "Gary Grigsby's Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich (Quick Start).exe" shortcut (from the menu) and save it some where convenient (I saved mine to the desktop).

Right click on the shortcut and select "Properties". Select the "Shortcut" Tab and add -w after the BTR.exe in the Target field.

NOTE: the -w must be out side the inverted commas and preceded by a space.
i.e.

Code: Select all

    ....\BTR.exe" -w

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Reg.

(One day I will learn to spell - or check before posting....)
Uh oh, Firefox has a spell checker!! What excuse can I use now!!!
