Thinking of buying this

It looks very similar to AGEOD'S The Blue and the Grey.
Is it?

It is different, in that it is at a more traditional grand strategy scale and you will be able to play through the war faster, but with less detail down to the operational level. But it is similar in that both are truly excellent games and WBTS, as AACW, does an excellent job of recreating the strategy of the ACW with historical fidelity.
