Run a virus scan, there is a lot of virus running wild lately. Try reinstalling SPWAW over itself, some times it doesn't take the first time. On unistallation make sure you physiclly delete the MatrixGames\SPWAW\ directory yourself run regedit and remove all traces of MatrixGames Steel Panthers World at War before reinstallation.
