numerical values in .csv files

Post by gwgardner »

Can fractional numbers be used in the .csv files where the defaults are integers?

Example, could the ZOC penalty for Armor be 1.5 instead of 2? If so, if an armored unit had like 4.5 APs left, is that rounded down or up for the final calculation of APs left?

Did a test with ZOC for armor set to .5 instead of 2. Seems that the system rounds up per hex, so that a cost to leave a ZOC of .5 becomes 1.

In other words, no point in using anything other than integer values for ZOCs.
