Greetings,

I have a message in my operations report, "No additiona repairs possible on CA San Francisco using currently assigned resources at Pearl Harbor"?
There are still repairs needed for floatation and engine damage. What is this message really telling me? Do I need to get it back to the mainland? I am confused by the "resources" message, what should I be looking for in a port?
