PBEM problem

When I get to the end of Luxembourg's turn and click "End turn" the game cycles to the "PBEM" nation and I cannot do anything more. If I close the program, and reload from Autostart it seems to work Ok.

It is difficult to know how to help you with this, but I will try and get a screen shot of the "locked" screen. As I say the Autosave seems to work.

Ok, I captured the window, notice the "End turn" is highlighted yellow, but clicking it, or any other button does nothing, and notice the "Event country PBEM" is the nation.

I encountered this problem while playing with GW, yesterday.
 
Click F11, scroll down to player "Event PBEM", change from human to AI and close. Then it was released. Next time you open the game, do this before finishing the turn and it goes away for good.
