Not very happy with game

Got the game last week..................not very happy at the moment! I used to own both the old games from Talonsoft and to be honest i can't really tell any difference except there are more pilots. To be honest i was expecting a lot more.

I have 'war in the pacific' and now 'AE' and you can really tell the difference between these two....superb.

Have you tried loading up the old games? We've listed quite a few of the improvements we made here:

If you haven't played the originals in a long time you may not notice the changes, but they are there and significant. The main goal was to get the games working on all modern operating systems and modern computer hardware, resolve long-standing issues and make the gameplay a bit tighter and the AI a bit smarter. The original BOB was also "moved" to the BTR engine, which was then updated. As this is mostly "under the hood" stuff, I can see it being easy to overlook if you haven't been playing the old ones lately, but there are definitely a lot of improvements in there.
