Another Loaning Corps Situation

France and Turkey are allied, France and Austria are at war. Turkey has loaned 5 corps in Temesavar to Austria. If you look at the highlighted movement of the VII Corps you will see it has 2 movement left. This should be enough to move in to Temesavar and eat the depot. But the loaned corps are considered Austrian, therefore it cost 2 to cross the river. It's a minor bug, but right at this time it really is ticking me off. While highly unlikely, France had the chance of actually trying to occupy all of the Austrian capitols on this March economic turn. However the forced march to this capitol and the fact that it is the only Austrian garrison that is full makes it very unlikely. But I would have liked to have tried.[:D]

I am technically at a loss on this one??? Tu and Au are also allies?
I'm not real sure what should happen in this scenario?
I could see an argument for Au leadership still causing the river penalty???

Turkey is in the middle of switching sides. He has allied with Austria, and is sending troops to help, but has yet to break his alliance with France. The only units in Temesavar are the 5 Turkish Corps, and the Austrian Supply depot. There are also about 14 factors inside the city as garrisons. By rules this should not cost 2 MPs. Turkey should have broken the alliance and gone to war with France to cost France 2 MPs. This situation will be quite common actually. For example again in Austria, Russia is in enforced peace with France for another 4 months and is moving corps to stack with Austria. If the parent country is not at war, it should not matter who controls the corps. One of the "gamey" uses I see here now with this example is Austria could use loaned corps like these to totally limit France's movement inside his country. What happens if you surround the French army with loaned corps of a country that France is at peace with?
