I'm a diver and I'd love to dive on those wrecks.  However they are war graves and diving can only be done with special permission.  Also they are very deep so you're going to need tri-mix or something similar,  not to mention the currents & sand which I have read are a serious problem when going down on them.

I highly recommend this thread regarding PoW and Repulse.
I play and post for fun...nothing stated ever carries with it the thought to irritate. If something does...privately PM and I will review.
