Some problems with stragetic RR movment.

Post by crsutton »

I dont know if this has been reported but I am having units fall of the railroad in the middle a strategic move. Got an important Aussie infantry regiment that I shiped on the railroad from Perth to Townsville and it fell off the train in the middle of the Great Victoria Desert. Now it has a 600 mile walk to Port Agusta as it can not move back into strategic movement. Have had three other units in India do the same thing. Each time I send the out on the rails but find them stuck somewhere on the rail one with them stationary and in "move" mode rather than stragetic.

I am the Holy Roman Emperor and am above grammar.

I believe they found a bug if you move over 25 hexes on RR. It will get fixed in patch 2 I suppose, but for now your Aussies will have to hoof it.

This happens all the time to me in India. Groups moving from Karachi to Imphal just suddenly 'stop' on some deserted track section, and their movement orders are gone.
