Just completed purchase of game for Armada 2526 - Physical + Digital + Extended Download Service.

Yet when i registered the game with the serial number given, It says, Not available.

Is this because of a time difference? I'm on the west coast.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Can you be more specific on exactly the error message received and where you got that error message? Was our Members Club telling you that when you tried to register?

This is exactly as it looks on my Member screen.

I have 3 registered serial numbers.

Used the serial number from the Matrix Games Confirmation Email near the bottom.

I'm not sure I follow - it looks like it's registered, but there are no downloads available (which is ok, there aren't currently any private downloads for this title).

"Our Digital Download service sends you a download link to the master game file once your order is complete."

Which i dont see in my email. What is the normal wait time?

Ok, that's a separate issue from registration.

When you completed your order in the store, the final page should have had a download link on it. In addition to that, we send an e-mail with a download link. If both of those failed somehow, then go to www.findmyorder.com with your order information and you can retrieve a new download link there.
