Fleet menu garbles text behind it

Fleet menu garbles text behind it

When I double click a colony of mine, then click the Fleets tab, then right click on a ship, closing that menu leaves the ship text garbled. Also clicking the Scrap Ships icon in the top right of this Fleets tab, closing that menu with the Cancel button leaves the text garbled.

My video drivers are 11-26-2009 as I just updated to see if that would help. It didn't.
