In scenario 1, the British MTBs at Hong Kong have a react range of 6 (should be 1).

It won't last. Split off a single MTB into a new TF and the Max Range is 1. FWIW, the same issue was true in Patch 1 games. Apparently the new "React Rules" don't take effect in the case of PT Task Forces which are already present on the map at the start of a scenario (hence this effects all scenarios). The same issue affects two Dutch PT TFs at Soerabaja.
