Bug in Hotseat - AI takes over!

I've noticed that occasionally the AI will take over in hotseat mode if I click "no" when asked if I'm done giving orders after pressing the end turn button. So far I haven't been able to figure out what exactly triggers it, but I'd say this happens about 5-10% of the time.

Hi demoss, when you say the AI "takes over" do you mean player orders are ignored?  And does this continue or just last one turn?

Player orders are ignored and the AI generates orders instead.  It appears to only last for the one turn.
