John Tiller Battleground Civil War Problem

Hello

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem. I've posted this before but haven't found a solution.

I bought the John Tiller Battleground Civil War bundle by digital download from the Matrix Games site back in March of 2009.

All of the scenarios work fine except for Gettysburg. When you load a scenario from that game you can see the units but the map is black.

I have tried downloading the bundle pack again, then reinstalling and that did not solve the problem. I also sent a help request to the Matrix tech support but never got a reply.

It's very irritating that I can't resolve this problem since I would really like to play Gettysburg.

If anyone out there can help or if any Matrix staff people read this and can offer a suggestion I would appreciate it.
