How can I change the direction of air attack in my PBEM bte ?

Well as far as I know, you can't... unfortunately.
That also means you can use it to your advantage.. sort of. Place your Flak close and behind your most important units, and *out of sight* from the enemy. The early Flak, like the "Möbelwagen" are extremely vulnerable in my opinion.
