Couple of observations & questions.....

In my AAR, I finally got caught up with some of the data I track daily and had a few question about some things I saw:

1. Pilots who are training. I had read (pre-patch 2) that there was a certain % loss of pilots (seems reasonable). After a whopping 3 days of the GC, I haven't lost any. Now I'm not complaining, but was this "feature" removed?

2. The pilot group reserve jumped dramatically. Example:

IJN Group Reserve
7 Dec: 75
8 Dec: 283!
9 Dec: 285

3. Fuel, supply, resources & oil showing in the industry screen. Do these numbers include cargo on ships?

#2: I wouldn't read that much into it. If you check saves my guess is that you'll see the ~200 increase is mostly in group reserves, so they started in the OOB in the unit but once the turn executed moved to group reserve. Just a guess, but a reasonable guess.

Mike, I would bet someone else's life on the fact that cargo on ships is not counted in the resource totals.

It wasn't for WitP but I haven't heard either way for AE. If it isn't, that may be the reason for the "loss" of resources in games.

2) Not sure if you're referring to the "gee, I use 16K more resources than I should pre 1095" that's been historically reported or the recent "gee, I lost 400K resources with 1095" but the former is overland transport wastage and the latter is a problem where Tokyo is "overflowing." While someone could certainly confuse themselves if they load a bunch of resources on a turn and falsely think they have a problem, both of the effects I mention are real.

1. I was looking at the industry page in the game, not in Staff.
2. Yeah, I had Tokyo hit 999,999 resources on 8 Dec. I rushed all the spare xAKs in the area there and had them load and sit in port. I've got almost 200k resources sitting in xAKs right now but the amount in Tokyo is slowly decreasing. I think it's working itself out. After 4 days the resources in the industry page is down by over 800k. We'll see what happens.....

Total loss - 812991

My total on ship is 426583. Even if the industry page does not count what's on ships, then I've still lost (812991-426583 = 386408) in 4 days or about 95k per day. I'm just curious about what's going on.
