The Illustrated Pacific War Chronicles

CarnageINC(A) vs. Treznor (J)

WITP: Hakko Ichiu version

2 day turns, fow, allied damage control off, US torps off, realistic R&D, advance weather, 15+/- reinforcement, player defined upgrades.
Allies will make minimal moves first turn, I love to see how great the Japanese carnage is.

Anything goes for tactics. This might change if there is a gamey issue, however I doubt it. Treznor and I are both very honest IMO when it comes to tactics and command issues.

Once again I will be doing my newspaper covers and I'll probably add more maps and open 'reports' to this AAR since this is a NO TREZNOR zone, he couldn't work on a AAR this time around. Looking forward to a faster game, best of luck to me, death for Treznor!

8 Dec. 1941

Typical first round attack, damage not as bad as it seems it could of been. Attacks also at the port in Manila.

Very nice....but hire a new editor. It is not the Makassar Straight, but rather the Makassar Strait. Oh, wait one, I get it...that's California spelling:).

Really though, this is a very charming way to present an AAR. Kudos!

Task Force 6 Op Orders

Post by CarnageINC »

12-21-41

"Welcome gentlemen, you may take your seats"

You receive a packet of documents...

"As you know, what you are about to see is Classified, this information will not leave your persons until you are required to brief your crews at 0700 tomorrow."

"This is a probe attack in force, as you see in your packet. The time has come to start testing our enemies strength through out his perimeter of operations. This will be a hit and run operation, code name RECONDO...not original but that's what it is called."

"After this mission we will move to a new area of operations in the Solomon Islands. Intel believes from pre-war information, Emperor Treznor has designs on Australia and the Solomons is a perfect staging ground for isolation and conquest."

"Okay, now if you turn to page one we will start with the details of Operation RECONDO.....
