RE: Patch 02 Hot fix (build 1096a)
A tip of the cap to all the Matrix team that has worked so hard on creating this monster game and then repeatedly strives to address each issue that comes to their attention.

RE: Patch 02 Hot fix (build 1096a)
I had played only the first turn with the previous version. I'm playing as the allies against the Japanese AI. Should I restart, or is everything good now?

Well not good that means invalid installation. Primary path to solution is reinstall from original media, reapply 1095 patch 02 then apply hot fix. Save off your game files first.

I did the same thing.... extract it into the AE file to replace your exe file and dll. (it is not like the other patches, you don't run it from a separate folder to update the game)

RE: Patch 02 Hot fix (build 1096a)
Hi,
Thanks for the speedy issue of the hotfix.
I've just loaded the patch and rerun an old move. This used the 12/8/41 move after entry of both sets of orders after a historic start of scenario 1. Pre patch Tokyo had 998999 after the combat was run. Post patch it is 1,000,096. Has the patch just allowed greater quantities to be held? Will players still need to control the draw of supplies to/from other bases?
Any guidance would be helpful.
John
