Log error re-appears

Hi all
I noticed that in 1.07.02, at the start of the diplomacy phase, a message comes up reading "1805, Feb__releases 255 Infantry to Great Britain". This used to happen in 1.05 as well, but was fixed. In the 1.07 version game I'm playing, GB is at war with France and Denmark, but there has been no lase of war or peace made, and this happens right after the Spainish Guerilla step, and only France has done her diplomacy.

For the record, GB did not receive 255 Infantry. See posts from Dancing Bear on December 18, 2008 and Dodgey Dave on March 25, 2009 , for appropriate save games from previous 1.05 versions. I hope this does not mean that all those errors that cropped up again in 1.05. making 1.05 one of the must difficult upgrades, are not lurking below the surface in 1.07.02.

I don't recall this happening in 1.07.01, so it might be related to one small change between 1.07.01 and 1.07.02 for the display of money and manpower?

PS what a strange coincidence that I noticed this error in 1.05 on Dec 18 2008, and then it re-occured in 1.07 during the Spainish turn on Dec 18 2009. Spooky.

I tried to re-create this with a hot seat game, but was unable to do so. Perhaps it only appears in PBEM games for the first month after the upgrade to 1.07.02, but since then has not re-appeared.

I have seen it in 1.07.02 also, in a game vs. AI.

I just submitted it as Mantis 612. In the example I have, the releases started late in the game, but then happened every month. It was always 1 GB inf, 244 GB militia, and 1 RUS light ship. (No, that doesn't make any sense, but that's what it says.) I saw the same thing in 1.05.
