Combat Screen Locks UP

Gents -

When doing combat either in the tutorial or the special "space battles" button, the combat screen locks up, any menus or display boxes do not collapse or minimize. Seems like a video confilict, am open to any suggestions.

I have a Nvidea Geforce 9500GT.

Hi Mac,

I had the same problem. In my case, I fixed it by going to Options and turning Shadows down to the minimum, then restarted the game. For whatever reason, that cured it. I had an nVidia card; apparently it's common with nVidia cards.
