hi i just brought commanders edition and it wont setup when i install the disc i have two computers xp and vista same error (setup application has encountered a problem) can someone please help me i love harpoon

Should be able to help you just not sure how at the moment [&:]. I'll first suggest you open a support ticket with Matrix stating your issue and requesting a download of the installer in case your CD is bad.

Do you have any more detail on the error (at what point during the installation do you have the error? Is there a longer error message, status code, etc.?).
