Where is the serial on the box cd product?

Hi,

i'm french so excuse me for my bad english. My wife has offered me the box version of COGEE (which was bought at Store4War web site).

On the CD there is printed a CD Number (20 numbers) and a order ID (10 numbers), but i can't find the serial needed to install the game. There's nothing on the paper manual too.

Can you help me ?

"CD Number" must be what they mean by "serial number," since it is pretty unlikely for a number to have been left off. Did you try entering that? (Unfortunately, I only have unopened copies of the game lying around, so I can't check myself.)

Yes, i've tried to enter the CD number and it doesn't recognize. This CD number doesn't looks like others matrix games serials :

This CD Number (printed on the first disc of three) have numeric characters like this : XXXXXXXXXX0000000009

and generally matrix serials are like that : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Perhaps can i scan the first CD cover and my bill (from Store4War shop) and send them to matrix commercial office ?

It sounds like a problem for Matrix/Digital River. Since over the holidays no one from Matrix is likely to see this thread I'd recommend reporting the problem in the General Discussion area or using their support system. Good luck!

I had the same situation as stated here. When I tried to install the game on a new laptop I could not find a serial number on the CD. However, I did originally purchase a digital download and used that number and it worked.
