Bombers will not bomb Clark Field, why?

I am into the 4th day, everything has been going fine with consistent bombing and yet after the latest hotfix all of a sudden no airmissions to the Philipines or Malaya. Does anybody know why. I am playing another game identical and have had no problems with this but without the latest hotfix.

Is weather cancelling air missions?
What have you ordered? Did you specify targets?
Can you be more specific about your aircraft settings?
Are there sufficient supplies as the airbase you are launching from?

Apparently it was very bad weather. Fatigue I usually don't fly if above 25. All bombers specified to bomb Clark Field with fighter support and it is only the 4th day into the war. This is Formosa with lots of supply.
