Austrian insurrection corps problem

In 2 different PBEM games I'm in, the Austrian insurrection corps were not available during the reinf phase immediately following the land phase in which a french enemy corps entered a trigger area.

I have put the units in ready but there is a problem with Insurrection placement so tell me where you want them placed and I will do it!

thanks for the help but as our game has been blocked by this issue for several days I've modified the .dat files by myself.

Anyway, I think this problem with insurrection corps activation and placement is a quite serious issue that should be fixed in the next version.....
